Runi is in beta. These terms cover your use of the Runi desktop app, the background process it installs, the hosted service and this website (together, “Runi”) during the beta. Runi is built and run by its founders, Aymen and Ravi (“we”, “us”). By using Runi, you agree to these terms.
Free during the beta
Runi costs nothing during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Provided as is
Runi is beta software, provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it is fit for a particular purpose, accurate, or available without interruption. Context in Runi is written by your teammates and their agents, and it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You decide what your agents do with it.
Don’t rely on it as your only copy
Don’t put anything in Runi you can’t afford to lose. Keep your code, decisions and notes somewhere else as well.
It may change or end
We may change Runi, pause it or end the beta at any time, and we may suspend access that puts Runi or its other users at risk.
Using Runi properly
Don’t use Runi to break the law, to reach data that isn’t yours, or to disrupt the service or other users. You’re responsible for what you and your agents share through Runi, and for having the right to share it.
Your content
What you and your team put into Runi stays yours. It is used only to run Runi for you, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta, including lost data, profits or work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Runi changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and using Runi after an update means you accept it.
